What is MTL PoleWear returns policy ?

Our return policy is valid up to 14 days after you received your garment. If you exceed 14 days, we don't offer a return or an exchange. There are no exceptions. 

What garments are eligible for returns ? 

All bottoms MUST be tried with undergarments on. 

• Unused, unworn and unwashed items. 
• In its original package with tags on.
• Garments sold at regular price. 
• Returns within 14 days after reception.

How do I return ? 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. 

• Email us at info@mtlpolewear.com 
• Email us your order number, your name and the reason for return. 
• Once we received your items, we will issue a store credit in the following 7 business days. 
• To be eligible for a store credit, your garments must respect the conditions listed above. 

What is my item is defective or damaged ? 

Please, email us at info@mtlpolewear.com and we will refund you as soon as possible. A refund is eligible only with the following conditions.

• Send us an email with a picture, your name and your order number within 48 hours after reception.
• Please describe the damage.
• A refund will be provide only if it's a manufacturing error.
• Must be unused, unwashed and return in its original package with tags on.
• Returns within 14 days after reception.
